Villa “Raiski kat” is located in the neighborhood of Bagalevtsi, 8 km away from the town of Elena and 5 km away from the village of Todyuvtsi. Huddled in a small ravine at the northern foot of the Stara Planina Mountain, on the banks of the Vesselina River – a place called Heavenly, the villa will charm you with its warm atmosphere and home-like coziness. Villa “Raiski kat” disposes of:

Villa “Raiski kat” offers accommodation in a total of 6+1 rooms, including 4 double rooms and 2+1 triple rooms. Each of the rooms disposes of its own sanitary unit. In winter the house uses local heating. Extra conveniences in the house:

The peace and marvellous nature offer an excellent opportunity for fishing, mushroom picking, eco-tourism. One of the eco-trails will take you to a meadow, which is quite suitable for picnics in the open. Another one will take you to the oldest oak tree in Bulgaria. Called the Elephant it is more than 1300 years old, has a height of 23 m and a circumference of 7.5 m. In the neighbourhood of Bagalevtsi there is a chapel, which you may visit at your own will.
